Raya Carlisle is a photographer, stylist, a mother of three, and a Californian, born and raised. Raya’s photos are defined by a lightness in feeling and composition, that contain both whimsy and honesty. They often feature children, her own included, and the Ventura County landscapes she inhabits.

Raya earned her BFA at Brooks Institute of Photography. Her work has been featured in Communication Arts, PDN, and Martha Stewart Magazine and she has worked with brands like Sanrio, Apolis, Minnow Swim, and Moby Wrap.
